In the late 1980's the US Air Force and Canadian Armed Force had issued the Adanac Navigator watches to their service members. This one is in a 42.5mm x 11.5mm satin finished SS screw back case with bidirectional rotating bezel, water resistant to 200 meters. It has an acrylic crystal and an unsigned screw down crown. The case back is signed by Gallet, the manufacturer. The black dial has white Arabic numerals. The dial is signed as "Adanac", "Canada" spelled backwards. This watch is on an extra long black nylon strap with tang type buckle. The watch was represented to us as new old stock, although it does have minor marks on the cas back and on the acrylic crystal. The quartz movement was recently serviced, and it maintains accurate time. This very desirable military watch will be sold with its original cardboard packaging, marked with the serial number matching the watch case.
