This Ebel 1911 Discovery Automatic Chronograph (ref 1215796 9750L62/53B35606) is in a 43.2mm x 14.3mm finished SS case with black chronometer bezel and the case back secured by eight fine screws, water resistant to 100 meters. The crystal is sapphire, and the screw down crown is signed. The pushers have screw down trim, but do not have the screw down feature. The black dial has white gold baton markers and quickset day and date at five. This watch is on a signed black rubber dive strap with deployant clasp, showing evidence of occasional use. It is in near mint condition, without any deep scratches on the case or crystal, very minor pinpoint dings on the case sides and the edge of the bezel. The Ebel cal 750 (base cal ETA Valjoux 7750) 25 jewel COSC certified automatic movement maintains accurate time within a tolerance of four seconds per day, and the chronograph functions properly. This preowned automatic chronograph, which is accompanied by boxes and papers, including the original chronometer certificate, has a list price (MSRP) of $3950.
