The Equation of Time Standard Edition Deck Watch (Model 22) was produced by the RGM Watch Company of Lancaster, PA, America's foremost watch manufacturer, for the members of the Equation of Time web site. A small number of additional watches are being created for The Watchseller and will only be available from our web site. It is in a 39mm x 13mm polished SS screw back case with coin edge bezel. The silver dial has black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds at six, and power reserve at twelve. The design of the dial, with its white etched numerals and chapter rings pays homage to the ship's chronometers and deck watches that were so valuable to the Allied war effort in the 1940s. The non-screw down crown is unsigned, and the crystal is sapphire. The watch is on an unsigned brown leather strap with tang type clasp. It is new and unworn, without a scratch or other flaw on the case or crystal. The 21-jewel, hand-wound SO 7001RM Swiss movement is finely finished with Geneva stripes and blued screws and includes exclusive modifications. It maintains accurate time within a tolerance of five seconds a day. This new, unworn watch will be sold with outer box, leather travel wallet, boxes, papers, and a one year manufacturer's warranty.
